All pricing is based on hanging weight and you pay the butcher fees in their entirety for what is owed for your custom PROCESSING, When your meat is picked up we will ask for the payment for balance beyond the deposit in full.
Butcher fees are $1 a pound (hanging weight)
Beef live weights are typically between 1,200-1,400 pounds.
Pork live weight are typically around 300 pounds.
We have a standing harvest date every month so once we know which month you will be booked in we will promptly contact you to let you know after your deposit is paid.
Once your wholesome beef/pork is done aging we will contact you once more to have you fill out the butcher's cut sheet so you can get exactly the cuts you want to the best of our ability , we can walk you through cutting instructions.
All meat is USDA inspected.
